A short update this month.

I’m playing in my Blades in the Dark game still but my offbrand Wildspace game has been on a bit of a hiatus because adults are busy. Playing games as a tool to restore creatively is good stuff.

Important: keep an eye on the Noble Knight Games United unionization effort. They vote on 12/8.

Andor was great. Wonderful stuff! I’ll be ruminating on it for a while.

I have been thinking a lot about tone and managing it in adventures. I ended up writing a blogpost about it which you can see here: The Earth is Not a Cold Dead Place.

I’m contributing an adventure to the GUILD: Sword and Magick for Hire Kickstarter by Disaster Tourism that launches 12/1! Right now my adventure is called “A Questionable Inheritance” and it involves a spooky forest and alligators. It’s also loosely connected to Tannic. Other contributors to the adventure book include Luke Gearing, Stella Condrey, and Christian Sorrell.
